- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been seeing Dr Lisa Smith for several years now. She always listens to my issues and truly seems to care about me. The only reason I didn't give her 5 stars is because on a rare occasion I have to wait. I waited for over an hour one time but usually I am taken back on average about 20-30 minutes after arriving. Dr. Smith gives me all the time I need to ask my questions. I have never felt rushed at her office. I highly recommend Dr. Lisa Smith.January 25, 2017by sherryjashmore
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Honestly, I would not even rate this facility because the customer service/wait time was so poor. I arrived for my appointment early, and I waited in the doctor's office for over an hour with no interaction with any of the nurses on when I would expect to see the doctor. After two attempts on finding an ETA, I finally had to leave after an hour and half wait. The nurse proceeded to ask me if I wanted to reschedule the appointment which is insane. I would not go to this facility. I would rate the doctor, but I have nothing to go on. I would never go here againJanuary 22, 2017by Mary Eady
