- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a terrible experience with Dr. Jarrard. I liked her no-nonsense attitude, but she wasn't paying attention to me or much of what I said about my medical history or my family medical history. I walked in exhausted and somewhat depressed, she gave me a Rx for prozac without asking anything else- basically said, "I write prozac prescriptions all the time for everyone- side effects are very rare." the next time I came in, a month later, completely strung out and messed up because I had a bad reaction to the prozac, she couldn't even remember- and nor could anyone in her office- that she had given me the prozac Rx, nor that they'd already given me the 2nd dose of Hepatitis B sets of shots which they tried to give again. In essence, they forgot that I'd had an appointment and tried to give me a second shot and another Rx for a drug that caused me serious problems. Beyond that, I'm 20 lbs overweight and have been for many years. Dr. Jarrard told me I was obese. I am not obese. I tried t broach the topic of thyroid issues with Dr. J because all 5 woman on one side of my family have had either problems or thyroid cancer and I have thyroid nodules and thyroid symptoms, but Dr J just said I need to exercise. I think Dr. Jarrard absolutely SUCKS and I would not put my medical care in her hands.October 23, 2017by A Google User
